I totally agree. You should definately crop this. The background is distracting.

Love those flowers!

Even in Kyoto not every women looking like a Geisha, is a real Geisha. This girl we saw outside a shop where you can get some clothes and make-up so that you look like a real Geisha. Then you can go out on the street and let people take some pictures of you :)
