That is a very lovely picture, but you can
find maiko in other parts of kyoto. All the
geisha districts in kyoto are gion-kobu, gion
higashi, kamishichiken, miyagawacho, and
pontocho. and btw Eric Lafforgue you were
especially lucky because you caught a brand
new maiko, her hair is still in the style she
wore for her misidashi ceremony(the ceremony
that happens when a girl becomes a maiko)
