Jules Petroz was born in 1960 in Geneva initiated by his parent's antiquarians to the art of dealing antiques and works of art; he then studied the history of art at Geneva University. Jules Petroz has been active on the market for more than 20 years. And since 1990, he has been working with his wife Aicha. They have been furnishing museums and world-renowned galleries with rare pieces of furniture and are anxious to extend their contacts. They deal in Switzerland, France and much of the rest of Europe in search of unique pieces. Their interest covers antiques, from archeological finds to contemporary pieces as well as Haute époque, Renaissance and the 18th century, with a special interest in old master and modern drawings, paintings, prints and ceramics. Always on the move, from one fair to another and visiting large and small galleries as well as private clients, they work and deal primarily through the Internet or by phone.
