what a gastronomic coup getting this in northern california. how much did you have to bribe the "deitsch" syndicate? and wow, those are thick slices! i'm a fan of the thinly sliced, crispy on the edges style meself...

i envision a new thanksgiving tradition in the making. next year, what about scrapple molded into a turkey form? or scrapple stuffed turkey? the possibilities are endless.
