It looks like it's blurry from a greasy lens (much like my glasses are like most of the time) rather than it being OOF. I keep thinking I need to wipe my glasses when I look at it.

hehehe - a very long time ago, I took a bunch of photos with a clear filter and Vaseline. It creates a wonderful effect with B&W film! Maybe I should do that again :)
