Not the greatest of pictures, but at least this one came out the way I thought it would, and even intended to ... :-)

The title describes the reason for not posting more Flickr photos in the last few months. It always seems as if there's much other stuff ...

Flared Monkey

Posted despite the nose-flare (that's the technical term) because of the (I think amazing) focus and background. I've spend a non-trivial amount on lenses the last few years, and sometimes it even shows.

Ngauruhoe clouds

Last one of all these very similar images ... I promise. (Note that this has never carried any actual meaning.)

I put this one up because each of the close/middle/far-far-way layers has its own texture and color scheme.
