Some of you may know Skype, some of you may even use it, but many of
you might not have any clue of what I speak, so I’d like to spend a
few minutes on that as well.
(Actually, that would be one of the first rules about the Skype brand:
Stay humble.
You are never as famous as you think, and even if people know about
you, they care much less than you think.
