Drink this!! A glass of tap water. Don't be conned into buying bottled water which is not only expensive but is bad for the environment (think of all the landfill sites full of plastic bottles not to mention all the energy to produce and transport them) and it's no less healthy for you, in fact it's more healthy as studies show water in plastic contaminates the water.
