Indoor low daylight conditions. This one looks almost as good as shots i can take with my GF-1 with f/1.7 pancake lens.
ETA: To clarify: the white of the plate has a slight bluish cast, especially next to the warmish white of the cooked egg white and the white of the edges of the toast. My preferred lightweight camera is still my Panasonic GF-1 with the flat pancake lens, but I think the 4S will do nicely as an always-with-me compact.
I'll post some comparison shots between the iPhone 4S, the GF-1 and the Nikon D700 under the same lighting conditions...soonish.

This one is sharp and the colors gorgeous except for slight blue cast in the whites. Pretty good white balance results for a camera phone!
