Okay, about setup.

Assignment: make a promo for weird collection "gene- modified organism" by Galina Ignatova and Vasya Ivanov.

Such a weird costumes must be shooted very weird too.

We've found some moon lanscape.

I've tape 4 different Colour Lee Gel Filters, one color for each scene. Colors were dark green, pink, deep orange, and light green. Every scene begins from "setup shoot", where model holding grey card. While i'm shooting in RAW, i used this setup shoots for picking "correct" white balance.

Look how this works.

Shooting begun at noon, so i used closed aperture for tame sun down, and bring key light to the flashes. Single flash is too weak even at 1/1 full power, so i used three flashes at one time with Umbrella tilt head.

I used 2 SB-800 and single SB-26. All flashes were set to optical slave SU-4.

All flashes were triggered via another SB-26, right from the camera, pointed to flash reciever little windows. At the bright sun this was a only option (i did not use radio triggers).
