Vintage style Potholder

Two-sided potholder loosely based on the Little Star Dish Cloth found on Bella Crochet.
I added 3 rows of dc and some framing rows of sc to the front side. The back is just the dc rows, but also has 5 extra rows added.

Front of "Little Star" , vintage style potholder

The front side is made from various mercerized cotton threads. A scrap project for sure!

Potholder for Dan

The size of the potholder combined with the sheen of the mercerized cotton led my husband to claim this piece for himself. He is forever burning his hands on the cast iron handles, and the oven racks!
