      I do not believe that. The maximum resolution in such handheld photos from ISS astronauts is about 6 m per pixel in the hi-res. The above maximum size pic (defined as "original" by flickr) is about half the size of such hi-res in the JSC database. A polar bear definitely is much too small for being visible in such a pic.
