Silky Mokum

Silky Mokum by magikquilter.
Luscious fabric offcuts from a well respected fabric house in Sydney to be made into a bed runner or wall hanging. Wonderful quality reclaimed silk in soft copper with orange and peach through to cream metallic motifs. Will be using some silk dupion remnants from my stash ...intend to keep it simple.

The other way is Reverse Garbage ....they will send out a $50 remnant and offcut bag to you at home......contact me by flickr mail if you need more info....okay?

I will soon be packaging up bags of offcuts as well. I am trying to photograph all my fabrics so that people can see what I have and am happy to cut off strips and package toning fabrics together. Have to do something as have so many I am having trouble finding everything I need.

Thanks ...it gleams doesn't it? Think the silk dupion will be a good touch with it...will try some other textures as well....before I sew it together.
