Of course I would have to write about the blessings I feel having met you on flickr! I'd try to compose a short poem about "tea leaves" and the luxury of taking time to just be in the moment. Then I might even try the art of reading tea leaves and see where the *symbols* would take my thoughts and writing!

Ah ! colorful pencils. When did most of us pick them up and write last? Alas the world has stopped writing and migrated to typing (emails)!.

Just bought a pack of 36 colored felt pens today and sat at a coffee shop and doodled a letter to a dear friend. A little boy came up to the fence surrounding the cafe patio and looked longingly at my drawing hand. We exchanged the glance that only a true artist's liason can create. We bonded for a moment in absolute timelessness and spacelessness. The memory still plays in my head. Smiles.

I would draw a picture of what ever was around...a picture of the magic and joy that surrounds your world Maggie and leave it right there for all who pauses also to add to it until it covered the entire world with beauty and magic and wonderment...that's what I would do if I were there...
