we brought our family dog up to the hospital to visit my dad this weekend, and i think they were both excited to see each other. she's watching him do his physiacl therapy, she wouldn't take her eyes off of him the whole time we were there. a true best friend.

something really scary happened this past weekend. my dad had a stroke. he's going to be ok, but it'll be a few months of slow recovery. it's crazy how fast your life can change on you. too fast.

we've been so incredibly lucky to see that wonderful blue sky every day this year. today is the first day of overcast and last night it finally snowed! not much, but enough to make this guy happy. ;)

he might kill me for uploading this...but i couldn't resist. sometimes i wish i could give myself a haircut as easily as he can give himself one, but alas...i don't think i could rock the buzz as well. ;)

our favorite Indian restaurant in denver...soooo yummy. i'm drooling just thinking about it.
