...are getting married! They asked me to do some portraits, and I gladly said yes.

I can't remember the last time I did portraits "for real." Hell, it's been months since I shot photos "for real," i.e., not with my cell phone. We'd already missed the best part of sunset and we were fighting evening darkness the whole time — but I think it went well.
