Max, did she violate the Creative Commons license you used? I didn't notice attribution at first (but do see it now, though the link to your site is wrong.) Do you consider it commercial use, or not?

Raster - she didn't attribute at first - not until I'd contacted her twice to complain. I think it's pretty lame to lift an image from someone's site and use it without permission, when your biz revolves around the online community (as hers does). I think it's ironic / funny that after the fact, the link isn't even correct. haha
