Here she is in all her drowsy beauty, the Green Fairy of absinthe fame. I gave her a rich patina with green highlights on the leaves near her face. She is securely riveted to an authentic Victorian era brass corner. These were often used on photo albums or picture frames. It, too, has a rich patina--that of age. The main dangle is a metal tassel, once again featuring my patina and the 2 smaller ones are fishing gear. It all hangs from a vintage 18" chain with a safety lobster clasp. I am a trained, if somewhat Victorian, silversmith and have assemble this piece to last. Let'em eat steam!
