Vote NO on Rail  "Shall the powers, duties, and functions of the city, through its director of transportation services, include establishment of a steel rail transit system?" VOTE NO on this ballot question. Honolulu taxpayers cannot afford to foot the $7 billion bill to pay for this horrible monstrosity known as rail. If the rail proposal is passed Honolulu property taxes will increase by 40%! Again NO to rail.
