Paul Healy

I did a growing poultry in a permaculture system workshop with Paul on the weekend. He has Barnevelder chickens and an amazing place in Judbury Tasmania on the Huon River - inspiring! Barnevelders are top chickens for eggs and meat and are very calm. They are very un-anxious about being picked up and cuddled! Paul also works as a gardening writer for the Hobart Mercury.
