pink drop

Makes me think of a breast, but still fantastic.

we went with pink today because the 4 year old wanted a pink bath :)
I've gotten better but it's still not what I want, I want to get that crown.

but I like this one.

Sally did you really want to know how to do it?

white bowl with water and coloring, I use the stuff to turn kids baths colors because it washes out better than food coloring, and I'm a slob. camera set on the fastest shutter speed setting.
flash on. and the tripod. then I put something in the water that stuck up a bit, i used a little toy, and I focused on that toy, and then removed it. I don't know if that is officially how your supposed to do it, but I tried other ways and always got blurs, because I think i was focusing on the water surface and not the drops (really I'm clueless)
Then I used a dropper to drop the drips into the water and shot about a zillion pics (ok about 150)
