If they were driving that roach mobile,
I don't doubt the other driver wasn't distracted.
Service animals wear something similar to a poncho that says
"SERVICE ANIMAL"
so anyone who found a properly labeled
service dog would know what they had.
Saying all that, I do hope they find their dog.
As for that stomped roach...I'm speechless!

i saw the poster about buster ~week and a half ago all around uic
and ever since i've been yelling 'buster!' at every pit i've seen,
hoping they'd put "we found him" posters up.
