Homeless

This man has been living on the steps of SOUTH UNION ARTS for about 3 months.
Temps have dipped into the 20s at night and there is a new multi-million dollar homeless shelter within sight of these steps. The homes being built 60 feet to the left of the stairs start at $980,000.
