USS George H W Bush (CVN-77)
One of the US Navy Nimitz-class supercarriers arrived in the Solent this morning. I've never seen one up close, the size of her is totally mind blowing!!
Every statistic about this ship is amazing:

- Speed: 30+ knots (56+ km/h; 35+ mph)

Rusty chains attached to a large concrete block on the river bank at the mouth of The Itchen near Warsash on the coast in Hampshire, UK.
It looks a bit like a "person" kneeling down and hanging on to two chain links to me.....but maybe I've lost it!! ;)
