Pinterest made me do it :D Vacuum sealed salads (with mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, bean sprouts, and chickpeas) and fruit cups (cantaloupe, grapes, and clementines) for the week. I have a batch of yogurt started so I plan to do yogurt jars with frozen berries on the bottom for breakfasts too.

Bakery Style Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 tablespoons butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325F. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together. In separate bowl cream butter and sugars. Then add eggs and vanilla. Mix until well incorporated. Add dry ingredients and mix just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and roll into 2" balls. Cook 9 at a time on a cookie sheet for 15 minutes. Cool on sheets to maintain chewy texture.

4 cups broth
4 cups peeled and cubed potatoes
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
8 ounces cream cheese

Combine all ingredients, except cream cheese, in apot and boil until potatoes are tender. Mash some of the potatoes and reduce heat to low. Add chunks of cream cheese and stir until melted. Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan and/or bacos.
