It's not a tank
it's mobile artillery
it kinda looks like a tank, only it fires 155mm 90pound(!!) shells for over 14 miles, and it has no real armour to speak of (even a medium machine gun will easily penetrate the sides.)
how do i know as much? 3 years in the Israeli Artillery Corps...

ElDave - it's the hulk of an former Iraqi army self-propelled artillery piece. It's a US-made M109A3 (I think that's the right variant) that the old Iraqi army probably captured from the Iranians back during their war.
Old war hulk, all painted up by the troops.
