woo it finally arrived. i dont quite understand the front... best i can translate it to is

"Here are a few christmas flakes... so that a wish goes in fulfillment!"
or maybe so we'd say "so that your wish comes true" or something.

Unfortunately, the only wish-fulfilling Christmas flakes we have here in the US are the goons who hang around shopping mall parking lots and steal people's presents out of their cars.
