      Surely the cat is not the executive's henchman. (If it is, the ninja is toast, though so apparently are the executive's 'nads.) But judging by the cat's expression and body language, it might be decrying the use of violence to solve the problem (of insane ratios of exectuive-to-regular pay). "Yes, he's a bad person, but we've got to try re-educating him!"
