Tropicana projectors

There is a funky video projected onto the side of the Tropicana now. At times it looks like the hotel is crumbling away, or creatures are eating the rooms (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iNnQwZftGoY). This is what the projector looks like from inside the hotel. The shutters don't keep out all the light and there's no curtains.
