Getting Smarter for Sellers

If you know me, you know I'm not a morning person. Yet, I'm still here at 7:45am (I'm early) at the San Diego Association of Realtors to improve my Realtor skill set. I'm here to take a class for my Certified Residential Specialist certification, and today - I'm here to learn more about listing strategies - which basically means that I'm here to help San Francisco homeowners sell their homes faster and for more money. At least that's the idea. Sellers will still have to be realistic, but having a fabulous real estate agent (like me) :-) working with them will improve their odds of a smooth and trouble free sale.

Anyhow - I'm off to get my lurnin' on! :-)
