Lazuli bunting, revisited (from August 2011)
I haven't done much birding lately, considering the dismal monsoon weather these days.
This lazuli is from last summer. I had trouble with the bright white feathers, should learn to shoot raw.

This entrepreneurial cook is selling Chinese fried noodles in the streets of Lima, Peru. You're given a portion on a small plate with a plastic fork, for 1 Sol (about 37 cents).
The name of his stand is "Chifa Aeropuerto". "Chifa" is the slang for Chinese restaurant, and aeropuerto means airport for fast, instant food.
