You'ed think he still has rights and owns the name.
Either you have his okay, or maybe he dosn't know someone copied the name.
Seems to me you guys are just sponging of a band name with a real musical history created by someone else.
Why not call your selfs the "New Harmonicats", "Harmonicats Tribute Band" or something else at least.

Also no offense but that cheap little tent thing your standing in looks like a cheap dog and pony show.
Not only do you steal the name, you turn it in to a circus act.

Furthermore, I listened to your sample music by chance after I've been listening to the original Harmonicats greatest hits CD, and you guys are not even close. They had true artistic precision, yours terrible sloppy in comparison.

Jerry Murad must be turning in his grave..

No one should use their name. My friend bought me a CD of them, and
I play it over and over. Makes me want to go roller skating. I really hate it
when someone tries to fool the people, but that's the world today, everything is about the bottom line!!!!
