![]() Homemade honey and molasses smoked ham and homemade pork loin brined in a secret homemade recipe and then smoked. The ham was rubbed in a cardamom, cumin, paprika rub and the pork loin was rubbed in a garlic, mustard and thyme rub before smoking. These are all cuts from the pig we butchered on Saturday.
