  This was the best dinner I've had in a while. I was inspired by thinking about our awesome honeymoon and all of the Mediterranean flavors. So I made roast chicken with a homemade tomato sauce (to die for) and roasted graffiti eggplant with a garlic cilantro yogurt sauce. They went beautifully together.
