The Satisfaction of a Job Well Done
This was about fifteen seconds after Lauren kicked me in the arm, at my request. She's been studying muay thai for several years, but I hadn't seen her at all in that time, so wanted a demonstration. She'd punched me, first, but anybody can do that!!!
So She kicked me in the arm.
Turns out legs? MUCH MORE POWERFUL THAN ARMS. And Lauren sure does know what she's doing. And I couldn't feel my arm for hours.
Whole thing was fantastic.
