If I Didn't Know Better, I'd Say the Light Was Coming From Stevie

    Newer Older

I've shot Stevie three times, now, and she's quickly taken a spot as one of my favorite models. The lady is fun to shoot, a blast to hang out with, and damned easy on the eyes.

She also don't mind sitting in a chair for an hour while folks have their way with her face and hair, which is key when I need folks to have their way with her face and hair.

Ah, and the shot itself. Touchy thing, back-lighting with film. You just never know, I meter and I test with digital, but film, she is very touchy. This one is just on the proper side of exposed for me, a hair in the other direction and it'd be in the Trash folder. Love getting it right.

the exposure definitely works here! I like that you can only slightly make out her facial features. Nice work!
