Taken with my buddy Richards camera, a Nikon D7000 and Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8 lens

Edited by me in Lightroom 3 and Photoshop CS5

One box, 300w light on Left and 300w light on right, both with Softboxes at 45 degree angles about 4 feet away. Triggered with simple radio trigger on hot shoe. Photos merged in Photoshop.
