Under the sea - blue glimmer of the water

This was made for the March SCRAPPINDIPITY Swap 2009. I'm early!! So if you get to see this and be inspired to join the swap - come along :)
It's made using a background of 'faux watercolour' using inks not paint. Collage elements, decoration and lots of layers.
