wow. I haven't been by here in 2 years, this place has been totally
redone. It used to be a greatland target.

Apparently, Greatlands were bigger? I think Target has totally dropped the greatland thing in the past few years.

I read about a year ago, that Target has abandoned the Greatland concept and in their expanded stores focusing on SuperTargets to compete with SuperWalmarts. Super.

In Ohio, all the new Targets are being built or rebuilt with this mid-level concept.

I have never heard of a Greatland Target, but I think it might be what the Target near me is. They have food, but no bakery, meat, or produce, like 54cermak said. They do have a Starbucks inside, however.

The one Target Greatland store near me was renovated into that current pictured concept about 2-3 years ago. I think all the other Targets near me in the Chicago area that were renovated into the current concept were regular Targets. Wouldn't be surprised if there were other Greatland stores in different parts of the Chicago area I usually don't make it down to.

Can't think of any Greatland stores near me that are still open as that, but I can think of one regular Target that still has older signage.
