Do you wonder, "If they're so easy, why doesn't she do it every day?"

Do you wonder, "If they're so easy, why doesn't she do it every day?" by Mistress of Longears.
Just because....work runs over, restaurants beckon....you know. BTW, the paper in this book block turns out NOT to be watercolor paper, resist tears the page and I plan to continue anyway. This is watercolor pencil with some "sanded" pigment dropped onto the wetted pencil....got it from Karlyn Holman's DVD....will do some real work with that another day.
ps. Keep the salmon on a bed of ice while you paint or you might end up barfy.

LOL--I'm going to enjoy these, I see! Lovely! And nice recipe: I love salmon. (I order it constantly on the road!) Lovely colors and layout, too. You really should just go ahead and do a cookbook!

(I have one for tuna medallions we sort of created, that has lemon juice/zest, dill, melted butter, lots of grated, fresh parmesan cheese, salt/pepper, that's very easy, too. I just mix 'em all together, baste, put the medallions on a griddle, and voila. Dinner with a salad, rice pilaf or potatoes,... fini...)

I am loving your dinner pages! (Like Lin) the commentary is making me laugh out loud! Too funny, although, I wouldn't have thought to ice the fish. Which makes me laugh even more...
