Is imitation is the best form of flattery?

Came across the following logo today for a building project in Brisbane that has just begun...

Not certain what direction to head in regards to copyright infringement and where I stand exactly.

No it isn't but any design is copyrighted the instant you develop it - its just a matter of proving it was designed before the other one.

Ooh Bummer, yeah I drive past the barracks everyday and I never realised it had that same shape. I'm not sure how long they've had the logo, but I know the construction has been going on for at least a year. :S
