Zabione Montato & pistachio from El Gelatauro wow. Taste of roasted pistahio in cream form. This is awesome.
Creme caramel @ Meloncello, Bologna. Full of holes on the side but damn this is solid creme caramel. The flavour of bittersweet caramel without it being overly sweet. Expertly made.
Zuppa Inglese @Meloncello, Bologna. Expected a trifle but nothing like it at all ! Block of dark choco, kind of egg custard with sponge on either side seems like it's soaked in rose water. Impressive.
Polpetinni @ Meloncello, Bologna. All about the peas in this one, I reckon. Great stuff too.
Osso Bucco @ Meloncello, Bologna. Very tender veal, popped the marrow onto a piece of bread.. &.. Boom. Love it.
Tortellini in Brodo @ Meloncello, Bologna. This is pretty special too, but think we prefer trattoria Tony's version :D could be first impression thing making us lean to latter but whatever. Both are delicious
