- hmm, why are the lower spokes sharp and the upper ones all blurry? - ëljüliänö
- i bet it's cause this whole picture is just photoshop fakery. - sgoralnick
- It's not a fake (it's me bike innit) but just look at what he suffers for his art - jaygooby
- The bottom of the wheel is stationary relative to the ground, while the top is moving at twice the speed of the axle (and thus the rest of the bike).
One of my favorite 'effects', incidentally. - Chris[topher] Lin - I love this part - milo lucky
- Like the reflection - milo lucky
- Excellent image and tone. this bicycle here makes it perfect - Dudi Gura
- Incredible moment at the beach!! - Quiero Cancún!

How many camera did you take for this? or you just bring the EOS-5D only?
First
lomokev (69 months ago | reply)
EOS-5D and lomo-lca but the lca stayed in my bag because for most of the time it was dark

I thought at first this was taken with your LC-A and I was about to eulogise from the tree tops. I know I am stupid I just can't get worked up over a digital shot. Luddite? Who me?

Trapac don't worry i hate you to ;)
ëljüliänö in reply to the note i noticed that as well and it had me thinking but i guess its that the bike is moving forward so spokes at the top of the wheel are moving with the bike so relative to me they are moving away from me faster than the spokes at the bottom if that makes since

Great colour and angle!
cybertect (69 months ago | reply)
Yep, the bottom of the wheel is motionless relative to the ground, while the top of the wheel will be moving at precisely twice the forward speed of the bike.
Gorgeous image, BTW B-)
