Happy to hear there are other food lovers out there! Ethiopian is always a treat - so communal and so textural. I am with you Jody, I could eat it everyday too! :)

Ah, Ethiopian cuisine...how I miss you. When I was in library school my friends and I would hit the Ethiopian resturant in Boston all the time... I am so hungry right now...

Oh, how I loves me some Ethiopian food. The tartness of the Injera, the eating with your hands, and the spices, and... I just made myself hungry.

When we lived in Calgary, there was one Ethiopian restaurant which Zak and I went to so often that they let him come into the kitchen to see how they made the injera. We have found a place in Vancouver at which he has also managed to gain the favour of the owner; I can't wait til he knows the secrets of cooking it and we can eat it at home!! ;)

there is a tiny ethiopian storefront around the corner from my house in 14th st. heights/NW. you go in, they ask if you want meat or vegetables, and 10 minutes later they give you 14035920342 lbs. of food for $8... i love living in an ethiopian neighborhood...
