Mac&cheese close-up
recipe adapted from Martha Stewart's Perfect Macaroni and Cheese
Good thing: the crust was beyond perfection. Bad move: I reduced the milk+roux mixture too much because I didn't want a runny mac'n'cheese - still, the flavour was there (plenty) I'll definitely make this recipe again.
