Rangoli for Festival

The color choices are so wonderful and compliment each other

This morning I went to see Azhagar festival in the northern side of River Vaigai.
I came across this Rangoli in the shade of a tree.

I saw this beautiful design drawn with coloured powder in front of the Police Headquarters.Usually ladies draw Rangoli on special occasions ands festivals.. (I will be telling more on the Azhagar festival through my forth-coming pictures.)

Hecka cool photo.
Hard to say which I find more satisfying, the Rangoli or your depiction. The dancing shadows make this shimmer right out of the monitor at me.
