We Bought a House!!

So everything happened very quickly, but my absence from flickr can be explained....Thomas and i bought a house! we weren't planning on moving until next spring, but something perfect came on the market and we had to move fast!

so fast in fact that we saw the house and put the offer in the next evening, and had everything negotiated and done in 2 hrs. we've had the home inspected and it looks great.

we get the keys on December 14th and we couldn't be more excited

we keep telling Paddington "we bought you a yard!" although she obviously has no clue - but she will when she realizes it's hers!
