One of my co-workers has a garden in which he grows EVERYTHING. And every once in a while he'll bring in a sprig of this and a bushel of that. Today, he was gracious enough to bring in bunches of parsley, rosemary and lemon basil for me and another co-worker (who usually partakes in trades of fresh produce with him every week).
I stuck a few leaves of parsley in my cous cous for dinner (and ate a few leaves right off the stalk), but right now, the herbs are so pretty just sitting in a vase on my kitchen counter!
I've been yammering to grow an herb garden for years. Now that we have the space, I think I should start. What grows well in the Fall/Winter?
