In the basement of a beautiful bridal boutique, I went to the bathroom downstairs and saw this.

And in the next few bridal boutiques we visited I found similar images of older Asian women in dark rooms, sitting at a sewing machine, surrounded by wedding gowns.

A real stark contrast to the glamorous showroom upstairs.

I didn't talk to her, I have no idea if her conditions are bad, I have no idea if they treat her well. But it sure doesn't feel good.

It makes me really sad.
