Teriyaki salmon, asparagus on toast, rice
I made the asparagus on toast as a Resurrected Recipes project. It's a 1930s recipe from my grandma's cookbook. There is homemade tartar sauce on top of the asparagus.
The teriyaki salmon was good -- not overcooked, though I would have liked a little more sauce anyway.
I'll be posting about the recipe experiment on the blog soon. :)
